Return Policy

At The Appliances Co. Pte. Ltd., we take pride in delivering quality appliances and excellent service. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered and unboxed.
2. Unopened Box Returns
If the item remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging, a return request may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused, and resellable condition.
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- A delivery and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved by our operations team.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at ops@appliances.sg We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions.
4. Custom or Special-Order Items
Customised, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
All requests must be emailed to ops@appliances.sg with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name and model
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
