After receiving your order, our team will reach out within 2 business days to arrange delivery. Orders are usually fulfilled within 7 business days, subject to stock availability. Please note that delivery slots are fixed and may vary depending on your location.

What is included in your basic installation?
What is included in your basic installation?
Basic installation covers connection of the appliance to your current water and drainage setup only. Please ensure there is an existing compatible tap, drainage outlet, and a standard 13A power point available.
It does not include the supply or installation of additional taps, spare parts, extensions, adapters, splitters, hoses, or any other accessories or modification works.
Who is responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery?

Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it is free from dents, scratches, or any damage before signing the delivery order. Once acknowledged, we are unable to accept responsibility for any damages reported thereafter.
